A violência sexual contra a criança e o adolescente: um estudo sobre o trabalho interventivo do (a) assistente social no Creas – Parauapebas

Abstract

Este estudo se propôs dar visibilidade a violência sexual infanto-juvenil, um dos temas mais debatidos atualmente no meio acadêmico. O assistente social é um dos profissionais que atua na ques tão da violência sexual, em especial por que esse fenômeno está permeado pela questão social, campo de intervenção da profissão. O objetivo geral desse estudo é compreender acerca do papel interventivo do (a) assistente social no Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social-CREAS em Pa rauapebas um município do estado do Pará. Diante dessa problemática, uma importante expressão da questão social, o leitor terá acesso a informações sobre o trabalho do serviço social, e terá a oportuni dade de conhecer um pouco a mais sobre o fenômeno que envolve a violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes em linhas gerais. A metodologia utilizada para esse estudo baseou-se em: pesquisa bibliográfica, documentais, sites de internet e pesquisa de campo; finalizando com entrevistas em ques tionário de perguntas abertas. realizou-se uma pesquisa qualitativa com três sujeitos atuantes no en frentamento à violência sexual infanto-juvenil que visou problematizar o cenário no qual essa violência se expressa bem como os desafios presentes para a materialização de ações para o enfrentamento a essa expressão da questão social. A partir da análise das narrativas, apreende-se que o caminho para a materialização das ações de enfrentamento à violência sexual infanto-juvenil, necessita da constru ção de estratégias capazes de garantir a plenitude dos direitos da infância e da juventude diante da complexidade que envolve o fenômeno, bem como ampliar e fortalecer a participação democrática da sociedade nos espaços de discussão e tomada de decisão, ressaltando, que o trabalho do serviço social desenvolvido no CREAS visa a proteção integral das famílias em diversas instituições, tanto no âmbito público ou privado, tendo sempre o objetivo de priorizar e assegurar os direitos do usuário, dando visibilidade aos direitos da juventude, intervindo com apoio de pedagogos, psicólogos e outros profissionais, articulando com a rede de atendimento, em conjunto com as políticas públicas.

This study aimed to give visibility to juvenile sexual violence, one of the most debated topics currently in the academic world. The social worker is one of the professionals who work on the issue of sexual violence, especially because this phenomenon is permeated by the social issue, the profession's field of intervention. The general objective of this study is to understand about the intervention role of (a) social worker in the Specialized Reference Center for Social Assistance-CREAS in Parauapebas, a municipality in the state of Pará. , the reader will have access to information about the work of the social service, and will have the opportunity to know a little more about the phenomenon that involves sexual violence against children and adolescents in general terms. The methodology used for this study was based on: bibliographical research, documents, internet sites and field research; ending with interviews in an open-ended questionnaire. a qualitative research was carried out with three subjects working in combating sexual violence against children and adolescents, which aimed to problematize the scenario in which this violence is expressed, as well as the present challenges for the materialization of actions to confront this expression of the social issue. From the analysis of the narratives, it can be seen that the path to materializing actions to combat sexual violence against children and adolescents requires the construction of strategies capable of guaranteeing the fullness of the rights of children and youth in the face of complexity that involves the phenomenon, as well as expanding and strengthening the de mocratic participation of society in the spaces of discussion and decision-making, noting that the work of the social service developed at CREAS aims at the full protection of families in various institutions, both in the public sphere or private, always aiming to prioritize and ensure user rights, giving visibility to youth rights, intervening with the support of pedagogues, psychologists and other professionals, articu lating with the service network, in conjunction with public policies.
