auxílio do software IRAMUTEQ.
The school inclusion of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is one of the main challenges of contemporary education, requiring pedagogical practices that transcend the mere physical presence in the classroom and ensure effective participation, meaningful communication, and accessible learning. This dissertation aims to analyze how recent Brazilian academic production, between 2020 and 2024, has addressed the use of digital technologies in the school inclusion of students with ASD. The time frame is justified by the intensification of the use of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DTICs) in the educational context since the COVID-19 pandemic, which has promoted new perspectives and challenges to inclusive teaching practice. This is a qualitative research, of a bibliographic nature, based on the thematic analysis of 27 dissertations and theses available in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD), with the help of the IRAMUTEQ software. The results reveal that, despite the growth of academic interest in the topic, important gaps persist, especially related to the scarcity of accessible teaching materials, ongoing teacher education, and the connection between theory and practice. The studies indicate that DICTs have the potential to promote structured support, providing predictability, contributing to the communication of students with ASD, and thus favoring their active participation in the school environment. As a concrete response to the challenges identified, this research culminated in the creation of KITEA – a pedagogical kit aimed at supporting educators in technological mediation with students with ASD. KITEA is based on the biopsychosocial model of disability, bringing together visual, informative, and instructional resources that promote accessibility, autonomy, and strengthening of teaching practice. The research is based on the contributions of Mantoan, Grandin, Prizant, and Leon, committing to a critical and inclusive conception of education. In the development of the educational product, authors such as Vygotsky and Freire guided the articulation between development, mediation and social transformation. The dissertation thus reaffirms the role of the teacher-researcher as an agent of change and reinforces the urgency of more just educational practices, sensitive to diversity and committed to the inalienable right to education.
