Resumo
A presente dissertação tem como objetivo analisar o potencial do uso de Sistemas de Inteligência Artificial (IA) pelos Juizados Especiais Cíveis para promover a celeridade processual em questões jurídicas simples. De acordo com dados publicados anualmente pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça, no Relatório Justiça em Números 2024, a taxa de congestionamento do Poder Judiciário ano de 2023 foi de
70%. A metodologia adotada inclui a pesquisa doutrinária, jurisprudencial e documental, com base na análise de relatórios elaborados por instituições de prestígio, como a Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), por exemplo. Os resultados indicam que, nos próximos anos, será cada vez mais comum o uso de sistemas de IA na elaboração de minutas de decisões judiciais. Além disso, conforme dados estatísticos encontrados, essa tecnologia tem um grande potencial para contribuir, significativamente, com a aceleração dos processos judiciais.
This dissertation aims to analyze the potential of using Artificial Intelligence Systems (AI) by Special Civil Courts to promote procedural speed in simple legal issues. According to data published annually by the National Council of Justice, in the Justice in Numbers Report, the congestion rate of the Judiciary in 2023 was 70%. The methodology adopted includes doctrinal, jurisprudential and documentary research, based on the analysis of reports prepared by prestigious institutions. The results indicate that, in the coming years, the use of AI systems in drafting judicial decisions will become increasingly common. Furthermore, according to statistical data found, this technology has great potential to contribute significantly to the acceleration of legal processes.
