botulínica conseguir diminuir a contração muscular.
processos, aumentando assim o seu efeito e durabilidade
Botulinum toxin has been used in aesthetics in the treatment and prevention of wrinkles. Botulinum toxin type A is known in the area of aesthetics for its effectiveness in modulating the activity of therapeutic muscles, wrinkles and expression marks, but it is also known for improving clinical symptoms of pain, experienced bruxism, hyperhidrosis, among others. Its average durability is 3 to 6 months, and may vary from individual to individual. Ways to increase the durability of botulinum toxin by buying a large amount of antibiotics in the area of aesthetics, taking into account the cost of the procedure and the frequency of applications that could be reduced. Zinc is an important mineral for botulinum toxin to be able to decrease muscle contraction. Low zinc levels may be associated with a low efficacy and durability of botulinum toxin type A, therefore, the intention of this work is to present the biochemical replacement of botulinum toxin type A and to evaluate whether zinc supplementation could improve these processes, thus increasing the its effect and durability
