O fazer profissional da assistente social no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Matriz – Curitiba, frente as expressões da “questão social” no território.

Abstract

A presente monografia teve sua temática motivada através da vivência expressa no estágio supervisionado em Serviço Social no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial Matriz em Curitiba. Através desta, buscou-se compreender os processos que perpassam o âmbito da saúde mental no Brasil, e de que forma ocorre o exercício profissional das assistentes sociais nesta área. Para isto, as análises são realizadas a partir da configuração das políticas de saúde e saúde mental no Brasil, da inserção da categoria Serviço Social no âmbito da saúde mental, expressões da “questão social” que se manifestam nesta realidade com maior ênfase, bem como, as condições para seu enfrentamento e as possibilidades e desafios presentes neste processo de trabalho. Para tanto, realizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica e a pesquisa de campo, contendo o questionário semiestruturado com quatro questões abertas e fechadas, abarcando o quantitativo de duas assistentes sociais do CAPS Matriz. Ainda, utilizou-se para a interpretação e categorização dos dados a análise de discurso. Como resultado desta, apresentamos a importância e riqueza da inserção da categoria Serviço Social no âmbito da saúde mental, se valendo das análises do todo social e possibilitando aos indivíduos vivenciar o direito a cidadania, a autonomia e expansão enquanto seres sociais

This monograph had its theme motivated through the experience expressed in the supervised internship in social work at the Matriz Psychosocial Care Center in Curitiba. Through this, we sought to understand the processes that pervade the scope of mental health in Brazil, and how the professional practice of social workers in this area occurs. For this, the analyzes are carried out based on the configuration of health and mental health policies in Brazil, from the insertion of the social service category in the scope of mental health, expressions of the “social issue” that are manifested in this reality with greater emphasis, as well as, the conditions for their coping and the possibilities and challenges present in this work process. To this end, a bibliographic research and field research were carried out, containing the semistructured questionnaire with four open and closed questions, covering the number of two social workers from CAPS Matriz. In addition, discourse analysis was used for the interpretation and categorization of the data. As a result, in this way we presente the importance and richness of the insertion of the social service category in the scope of mental health, drawing on the analysis of the social whole and enabling people to experience the right to citizenship, autonomy and expansion as social beings.
