Cinema, tecnologia e administração: o uso da linguagem cinematográfica como apoio ao professor da disciplina teoria geral da administração

Abstract

O desafio em manter o interesse dos alunos nas aulas do ensino superior, é cada vez maior ao professor, que nem sempre encontra alternativas para esta manutenção, como é o caso do curso superior de Administração, na disciplina Teoria Geral da Administração. Este trabalho procura apresentar uma proposta ao professor da disciplina Teoria Geral da Administração, visando contribuir com a motivação e aprendizagem de seus alunos, trabalhando os temas da disciplina em conjunto com o uso do cinema e sua linguagem, aliado à uma metodologia de atividades com filmes em sala de aula, promovendo a problematização, buscando contribuir para a reflexão e o pensamento crítico. O trabalho mostra um apanhado sobre a história do cinema e sua linguagem cinematográfica, apresentando exemplos práticos para maior compreensão sobre seus elementos. É discutida a relação do cinema como recurso à aprendizagem, e o papel de mediação do professor na condução dos trabalhos com o cinema e sua linguagem em sala de aula. Na sequência, é apresentada a metodologia que orientará as atividades práticas com filmes selecionados, objetivando oferecer uma alternativa que venha a despertar a curiosidade, o interesse e, sobretudo contribua com a aprendizagem dos alunos da disciplina Teoria Geral da Administração.

The challenge of maintaining the interest of students in higher education classes is increasing for the teacher, who does not always find alternatives for this maintenance, as is the case of the superior course of Administration, in the General Theory of Administration discipline. This work seeks to present a proposal to the professor of General Management Theory, aiming to contribute to the motivation and learning of his students, working the subjects of the discipline together with the use of movie and its language, combined with a methodology of activities with movies in the classroom, promoting the problematization, seeking to contribute to reflection and critical thinking. The work shows a look at the history of movie and its cinematic language, presenting practical examples for a better understanding of its elements. The relationship between movie as a resource for learning and the role of teacher mediation in the conduct of movie and it language work in the classroom is discussed. In the sequence, it is presented the methodology that will guide the practical activities with selected movies, aiming to offer an alternative that will arouse the curiosity, the interest and, above all, it contributes to the learning of the students of the General Theory of Administration discipline.
