A interatividade na educação online: um estudo da ferramenta fórum

Abstract

Educar e educar-se a distância requer condições muito diferentes da escolarização presencial. Com o uso das Tecnologias da Comunicação e Informação (TIC) transporta-se a sala de aula para o Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem (AVA), onde o aluno deve encontrar suporte para os estudos. Neste espaço há diversos caminhos a serem trilhados, tendo como elemento-chave o processo desenvolvido a partir da interatividade gerada na construção das relações em torno da comunicação e do conhecimento. Nesta pesquisa propõe-se analisar o processo interativo que ocorre na ferramenta assíncrona fórum a partir das categorias de análise interação e interatividade, considerando todos os elementos que o envolvem, desde a elaboração da atividade, perpassando pelo trabalho do professor-tutor, até o aluno, numa relação com a atividade, com o professor-tutor, com os colegas. O objetivo geral da pesquisa é analisar se o fórum constitui uma ferramenta eficaz para a produção de interatividade na resolução das atividades de aprendizagem. A perspectiva é contribuir para as melhorias dos processos na modalidade a distância, frente ao uso contínuo da ferramenta nas atividades de aprendizagem, buscando elementos que possam trazer dados que reflitam seu uso e contribuam para melhorar o processo educativo brasileiro. A conclusão deste estudo permite salientar a importância do processo interativo para aprendizagem na EaD, contribuindo para reflexão sobre o uso da ferramenta considerando sua função técnica, aproximando os elementos que circulam no espaço virtual.

Educate and be educated from distance require very different conditions than a presential education. With the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) the classroom is transferred to Virtual Learning Environment (VLE), where the student should find support for his studies. In this environment there are several paths to be traced, having as key element the process developed from the interactivity generated in the construction of the relationships around communication and knowledge. In this research it is proposed to analyze the interactive process that occurs in the asynchronous forum tool from the categories of analysis interaction and interactivity, considering all the elements that involve it, from the elaboration of the activity, passing through the work of the tutor, to the student, in a relationship with the activity, with the tutor, with the colleagues. The general purpose of the research is to analyze if the forum constitutes an effective tool of interactivity in the resolution of learning activities. The perspective is to contribute to the processe’s improvements in the distance modality, facing the continuous use of the tool in learning activities, searching for elements that can bring data that reflect its use and contribute to improve the Brazilian educational process. The conclusion of this study allows to emphasize the importance of the interactive process for distance learning, contributing to the reflection on the use of the tool considering its technical function, approaching the elements that happens in the virtual environment.
