Proposta de blog como ferramenta pedagógica para o ensino da temática ambiental em cursos técnicos de administração

Abstract

O presente estudo teve o objetivo precípuo de apresentar uma proposta para desenvolvimento de um blog educacional, no intendo de se fazer cumprir, ainda que parcialmente, com o que determina a Legislação brasileira através da Lei nº 9.795/99, que trata da obrigatoriedade da Educação Ambiental em todos os níveis educacionais. Para alcançar este objetivo foi necessário investigar primeiramente a legislação pertinente e em seguida realizar uma pesquisa com os professores dos cursos Técnicos em Administração, ofertados em dois Colégios Públicos na cidade de Curitiba – Pr., na modalidade Subsequente, sobre suas opiniões quanto a viabilidade de um Blog, como ferramenta passível de veicular a Temática Ambiental. Ainda foi investigado os conhecimentos dos professores sobre a legislação brasileira referente a obrigatoriedade da Temática Ambiental, mesmo que de forma transversal ou indireta, em suas disciplinas. Logo após a pesquisa bibliográfica para apurar o que determinam as leis federais, leis do estado do Paraná e do município de Curitiba, além de análises dos planos de ensino e planos de aulas, elaborados pela Secretaria da Educação e pelos professores, para obter dados e subsídios foi feita uma pesquisa através de um questionário, com 06 (seis) questões, disponibilizado na sala dos professores dos colégios, deixados para adesão espontânea, cuja a última questão era uma solicitação de contribuição para os temas que os professores julgassem relevantes para o conhecimento dos alunos e que pudessem vir a compor a gama de assuntos que seriam tratados em um Blog Educacional, voltado a Temática Ambiental. A adesão foi de 74% dos professores lotados nos colégios e que trabalham com a Educação Profissional. Deste total, os professores que reconhecem a relevância da Temática Ambiental e a importância da Educação Ambiental, o índice ficou próximo de 96% e o mesmo índice foi alcançado nos professores que afirmaram que indicariam o Blog, como ferramenta complementar para Educação Ambiental. Consideradas as respostas e sugestões, foi construído um Blog voltado a Temática Ambiental, que ainda está em fase de teste e ajustes.

The present study had the main objective of presenting a proposal for the development of an educational blog, with the intent of ensuring compliance, albeit partially, with what the Brazilian Legislation determines through Law nº 9.795 / 99, which deals with the mandatory nature of Education Environmental at all educational levels. To achieve this objective, it was necessary to first investigate the pertinent legislation and then conduct a survey with the professors of the Technical courses in Administration, offered in two Public Schools in the city of Curitiba - Pr., In the Subsequent modality, about their opinions regarding the feasibility of a Blog, as a tool able to convey the Environmental Theme. Teachers' knowledge of Brazilian legislation regarding the mandatory nature of the environmental theme was also investigated, even if in a transversal or indirect way, in their disciplines. Right after the bibliographic research to determine what the federal laws, laws of the state of Paraná and the municipality of Curitiba determine, in addition to analyzes of the teaching plans and lesson plans, elaborated by the Secretariat of Education and by the teachers, to obtain data and subsidies a survey was carried out through a questionnaire, with 06 (six) questions, made available in the school teachers' room, left for spontaneous adherence, whose last question was a request for contribution to the themes that the teachers deemed relevant to knowledge of the students and that could come to compose the range of subjects that would be treated in an Educational Blog, focused on Environmental Thematic. Adherence was 74% of teachers working in schools and working with Vocational Education. Of this total, teachers who recognize the relevance of the Environmental Theme and the importance of Environmental Education, the index was close to 96% and the same index was reached in teachers who said they would recommend the Blog, as a complementary tool for Environmental Education. Considering the responses and suggestions, a Blog was created focused on Environmental Issues, which is still in the testing and adjustment phase.
