A atuação do assistente social na gestão estadual do sistema único de assistência social do Paraná

Abstract

O Serviço Social brasileiro e a assistência social sempre tiveram uma relação bem próxima, e com passar dos anos essa relação foi se tornando cada vez mais forte, ao ponto da categoria tornar-se uma profissão de referência atuante dentro desta política. Todavia, apesar dessa relação, são poucos materiais que discutem atuação do assistente social na gestão do SUAS. Sendo assim, o presente trabalho monográfico tem como objetivo geral desvelar a atuação do assistente social na gestão do SUAS na Secretaria da Justiça, Família e Trabalho do Estado do Paraná. Para tanto se elencou como objetivos específicos: conhecer o processo histórico da construção da política de assistência social no Brasil, do mesmo modo, pesquisar sobre a relação do Serviço social com a Assistência Social no Brasil e, também conhecer quais são as possibilidades e desafios colocados ao assistente social na gestão do SUAS. Para responder esses objetivos, utilizou-se o método histórico critico dialético, vale destacar que foi realizada pesquisa de campo por meio de um questionário aberto com 10 perguntas que foi aplicado aos assistentes sociais que atuam na DAS/SEJUF, para análise das respostas utilizou-se a análise de conteúdo. Com esse trabalho, foi possível compreender a história da Política da Assistência Social, bem como sua relação com o Serviço Social, também se discutiu o Serviço Social e a gestão do SUAS, embora seja uma tarefa árdua. E por fim realizou-se a análise de conteúdo que permitiu ver na prática profissional o que é discutido pelos pesquisadores sobre o assunto, realizando assim uma relação entre a prática profissional com as produções acadêmicas.

Thus, the present monographic work has the general objective of unveiling the role of the social worker in the management of SUAS in the Secretariat of Justice, Family and Labor of the State of Paraná. For that, it was listed as specific objectives: to know the historical process of the construction of the social assistance policy in Brazil, in the same way, to research about the relationship between Social Service and Social Assistance in Brazil and also to know what are the possibilities and challenges posed to the social worker in the management of SUAS. To answer these objectives, the historical dialectical critical method was used, it is worth mentioning that a field research was carried out through an open questionnaire with 10 questions that was applied to social workers working at DAS / SEJUF, to analyze the answers used. if content analysis. With this work, it was possible to understand the history of the Social Assistance Policy, as well as its relationship with Social Work, also discussed Social Work and the management of SUAS, although it is an arduous task. Finally, a content analysis was carried out, which allowed us to see in professional practice what is discussed by researchers on the subject, thus establishing a relationship between professional practice and academic productions.
